Approval Ratings are calculated by dividing the total number of likes that all Issue, Speech, and Interview Posts have received by the total number of likes and dislikes that all of the Issue, Speech, and Interview Posts have received, and then multiplying by 100. When a Post is deleted so are the number of likes and dislikes it had accumulated, thus affecting the Approval Rating. Post Types that are not included in the Approval Rating include Polls and Events.
