Senate Bill to Nullify FCC Repeal of Net Neutrality Gaining Momentum FAST!

Posted 2 years ago

The Senate is on the cusp of forcing a vote on a bill that invokes the Congressional Review Act to nullify the FCC's recent repeal of Title II net neutrality protections. The legislation has amassed the required 30 cosponsors needed to clear a procedural hurdle that will allow Democrats to force the Senate to vote on it. Still, in order for it to pass—when it is voted on—the Senate's nine remaining Democrats (and one more Republican) will need to get on board with this legislation. It's time for us all to take action and call every senator immediately.
